Apple opens battery replacement program for the iPhone 5

Apple today revealed that some iPhone 5 units have been suffering battery issues of late, where the power pack "may suddenly experience shorter battery life or need to be charged more frequently." Cupertino's response has been rapid as the company has now opened up an iPhone 5 battery replacement program for those affected by the issue.

Motorola's Moto X+1 leaked on retailer website

Motorola is probably going to be pretty angry right about now as it seems its upcoming Moto X+1 has been totally revealed over the last two days. The American brand is due to launch the flagship alongside the Moto G 2 and the Moto 360 smart watch in Chicago on September 4th. However, the X+1 has been laid bare, with the device showing up in a high quality press image yesterday, while today some of its specs have been leaked.
