Xiaomi Mi 5 Flagship Specs Leak... it's a Beast

Chinese company are on a high end rush at the moment, with ZTE, Huawei, Oppo, and Meizu all launching flagships recently, and even Xiaomi launched a high end phablet. However, the leading Chinese brand has another flagship to arrive this year, the highly anticipate Mi 5, and a specs leak for that handset promises that the device will be excellent.

Samsung Galaxy Note Edge Receiving Android Lollipop on Verizon

The Galaxy Note Edge is the device that started Samsung's folding screen output and paved the way for the Galaxy S6 Edge. The phablet with a one edge folded screen (that's much more visible than the GS6 Edge's) is now getting in on the Android Lollipop act. Verizon's version of the handset is now receiving an over the air update to Android 5.0 Lollipop.

Original Moto X Getting Android 5.1 in 14 More Nations

Android Lollipop is finally rolling out for the original Motorola Moto X (2013 Edition), arriving in an additional 14 countries today. As we have written before, the Lollipop platform is so late coming to the original X that Motorola has skipped directly past build 5.0 to Android 5.1.

Acer Liquid M220 is Now Available in the United States

Acer is back on Microsoft's Windows Phone platform after the company launched the Liquid M220 smartphone today, the device was announced back in March. As we have become used to, the handset is a modest device that runs Windows Phone 8.1, but arguably the most interesting thing is that Acer confirmed the Liquid M220 will be upgradeable to Windows 10 Mobile when the software lands this fall.
